Dullness.

Layered surface dehydration, slow turnover, pollutant load.

"Dull skin" is rarely a single condition. It is usually three small things stacked — surface dehydration, slowed turnover, and ambient pollutant load. Treating it as a single problem with one "glow serum" is exactly why nothing works. Treating each contributor separately, with the boring stack, works reliably.
